David Bailey - Superintendent
David has been with the Water & Sewer Department since 1998, serving as a water operator, foreman and then as Superintendent since 2004. David has Grade 2 operators licenses in Water Treatment, Water Distribution, and Wastewater Collection. David has also attained a grade 3 operators license in Wastewater Treatment.
Holly Leonard - Office Manager
Holly was hired by the Water & Sewer Department in 2001 as office manager. Holly holds a Grade 1 Water Treatment Operator license and has an associates degree in accounting from Franklin Pierce College.
Stephen Brock - Wastewater Operator
Stephen joined the Water & Sewer Department in 2022. Steve holds a Grade 2 Wastewater Treatment Operator License
John Fellows - Water Operator
John has been with the Water & Sewer Department since 2015. John holds a Grade 2 Operators License in Water Treatment and Distribution.
Brian Deschamps - Wastewater Operator
Brian has been with the Water & Sewer Department since early in 2019. Brian holds a Grade 2 Wastewater Treatment Operator license.
