Mission Statement

The Sunapee Transfer Station and Recycling Center seeks to deliver efficient, accessible, and environmentally responsible waste disposal and recycling services. We are committed to diverting materials from the waste stream, adapting to changing market costs for recycling disposal, encouraging sustainable living practices, and maintaining a clean, healthy community for all residents.

Sat, May 2 — Lebanon: DHMC Lot 27, 52 Labombard Rd
Sat, May 30 — Claremont: Highway Garage, 8 Grandview St
Fri, July 10 — Granthan: Town Offices, 300 Route 10 South
Sat, August 8 — Newbury: Highway Garage, 50 South Rd
Sat, Sept 26 — Lebanon: DHMC Lot 27, 52 Labombard Rd

UP TO 5 GALLONS/25 POUNDS FREE to residents from Canaan, Claremont, Cornish, Croydon, Enfield, Grantham, Goshen, Hanover, Lebanon, Lempster, Lyme, New London, Newbury, Newport, Orange, Orford, Piermont, Plainfield, Springfield, Sunapee, Unity, Washington, and Wilmot. (Other towns’ residents welcome for a $35 fee)
 

ALL BUSINESSES/LANDLORDS & ANYONE with 5 gal/25lbs or more must pre-register 2 weeks prior for price quote

The Sunapee School District and Town of Sunapee are hosting a Computer Electronics Recycling Day on 

Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM to Noon at the Sunapee Transfer Station.

(Rain Date - Saturday, August 8, 2026)

 


 

This event is open to Sunapee and Springfield residents with a current transfer station sticker. 

No sorting or packaging required—just drop off and go!

 

Let’s work together to reduce computer electronic waste and promote responsible recycling.
