Human Resources Director
Poised for growth, the Town of Sunapee is looking for a dedicated individual excited to join our team. This exciting position with the Town of Sunapee plans, organizes, and directs the operations and activities of the Human Resources Department, performing highly responsible, confidential work of an administrative nature, on behalf of the Town Manager. The Town employs approximately 43 full-time, and as many as 80 part-time employees. This person will plan and direct all human resources issues for all Town employees.

The ideal Human Resources Director should possess the ability to multi-task and support team members while ensuring compliance with all applicable RSAs and town policies, practices, and procedures.
